Be at least 22 years old.
Have a fairly good driving record.
If you have any doubts bring a 3year
DMV printout to class and have us
check it for you.
a) Attend FLAG-A-CAB Taxi School
b) Go to 850 Bryant room 458 (Permit Section)
BRING:
1) 3 Year DMV printout (buy 2 printouts while you're at DMV)
2) Passport photo (you can get this in class on Wednesday)
3) Certificate from Taxi School
4) Letter of intent from a Cab Company (we will send you to a Cab Co. for this)
5) $134.00 License and finger print fees.
